Well, this page is a little late but you can see why. This dragonfly is a  thing of true beauty! Did you know that the biggest dragonfly that ever existed, the meganeura had a wingspan of 70-75 cm? Just like some modern day eagles! Imagine if that thing smashed into your car during a busy day.
